Olivia Gladstone, also known as Central, is an unlockable Agent. She is unlocked the first time you clear Experienced Mode. Unlike the eight normal agents, she has no archive version, though a younger version of her is playable as a separate Agent in the Contingency Plan DLC.
Perks
Central's custom augment, Antiviral Proxy, generates 5 PWR whenever a daemon is installed. She begins with Anarchy 3 and a standard Neural Disrupter.
Strategy
Central's augment works best if you intentionally set off daemons whenever you can. Authority, Felix, and Mask have fairly mild effects and will frequently be worth the 5 PWR gain; Siphon is completely neutered with Central on your team, Fractal just creates more fuel for the fire, and even Labyrinth and Modulate can be tolerable if you plan ahead. Partner her with a character with high Hacking skill (like, say, Monst3r) and you'll never be short on PWR. Which means you can safely load Incognita up with powerful programs - how appropriate!
Her affinity for daemons means Central is also an excellent choice for a Daemon Code run (Faust + Brimstone).
